Terms of Service
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Simplrun, Inc. (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of MyDay (the "Service") provided by the Company.
These Terms are effective from May 28, 2026.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for use of the Service provided by the Company, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
- Service — the MyDay application and related services provided by the Company.
- User — members and non-members who use the Service under these Terms.
- Member — a user who signs in and uses the Service on an ongoing basis.
- Content — schedules, Tasks, Routines, memos, and other information created or registered by users within the Service.
- Paid Services — subscription-based or other add-on services provided by the Company for a fee.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment)
- The Company posts these Terms within the Service or on its website.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
- When amendments are made, the Company gives advance notice of the effective date and the reasons for the change.
- If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Sign-up and Account)
- Users may sign up via Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.
- Users must provide accurate information about themselves.
- Users may not transfer or share their account with others.
- The Company may restrict sign-up or restrict an account in cases such as identity theft, interference with the operation of the Service, or violation of applicable laws or these Terms.
Article 5 (Provision of the Service)
The Company provides the following services to users.
- Schedule and Task management
- Routine management
- Calendar and Reminder integrations
- AI-based daily plan recommendations
- Location-based weather information
- Push notifications
- Other services as defined by the Company
The Company may change part or all of the Service when necessary for its operation.
Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)
- The Company may offer some features as Paid Services.
- The prices and terms of use for Paid Services are displayed separately within the Service.
- Payment for Paid Services is processed through the Apple App Store or other payment methods designated by the Company.
- Users may cancel subscriptions in accordance with the relevant platform policies.
- The Company operates a refund policy in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
- For Paid Services delivered as digital content that are used immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal may be restricted under Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and refunds are processed in accordance with the Apple App Store refund policy and procedures.
Article 7 (Restrictions on Use)
The Company may restrict use of the Service in the following cases.
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Interference with the normal operation of the Service
- Infringement of the rights of others
- Use of the Service through abnormal means
- Use of malicious code, automation tools, or similar techniques
Article 8 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following.
- Misappropriating others' personal information
- Attacking the Service or its servers
- Posting or distributing unlawful information
- Infringing the Company's intellectual property rights
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Engaging in other conduct that violates applicable laws
Article 9 (Rights in Content)
- The rights to Content registered in the Service by a user belong to that user.
- Users consent to the Company storing and processing Content to the extent necessary to operate the Service and provide features.
- The Company may delete or restrict Content that violates applicable laws or hinders the operation of the Service.
Article 10 (AI Features)
- The Service may provide AI-based features.
- Results from AI features are provided for reference only, and the Company does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
- Users should take care not to enter sensitive information or the personal information of others when using AI features.
Article 11 (Calendar and External Service Integrations)
- The Service may be integrated with external services such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Reminder.
- The Service may access Apple Calendar and Reminder data through Apple's EventKit framework.
- When integrating with external services, users must also comply with the terms and policies of those services.
- Some features may be limited due to policy changes, outages, or API restrictions of external services.
Article 12 (Service Interruption)
The Company may temporarily interrupt the Service in the following cases.
- System maintenance or upkeep
- Server or network failures
- Natural disasters or other force majeure
- External platform or API failures
The Company gives advance notice to the extent reasonably possible.
Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not responsible for failures in service use caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or user fault.
- The Company is not responsible for users' reliance on information or AI outputs obtained through the Service.
- The Company does not intervene in disputes between users, or between users and third parties.
- The limitations of liability in this Article do not apply to damages arising from the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 14 (Intellectual Property)
- Intellectual property rights in the Service and the content provided within it belong to the Company.
- Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell the Service without the prior consent of the Company.
Article 15 (Termination and Withdrawal)
- Users may request to withdraw their membership at any time.
- The Company may retain necessary information for a certain period as required by applicable laws.
- If a user materially breaches these Terms, the Company may restrict or delete the account.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any dispute between the Company and a user arising from use of the Service is subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
